Domestic Orders: All orders placed Monday – Friday will be processed next business day. Orders placed on holidays and/or weekends will be processed on the next corresponding business day.
A shipment confirmation including tracking number (if applicable) will be sent out to you via email.
Please contact email@example.com for online order pick up if you reside in the greater Miami area or if you prefer a faster shipping method and we will do our best to accommodate you.
International Orders: All orders placed Monday – Friday will be processed next business day. Orders placed on US holidays and/or weekends will be processed on the next corresponding business day. Depending on what country you reside in, you may be responsible for any taxes or import duties incurred.
SAL LAS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package happens to be lost and/or damaged, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to guide you in processing/filing a claim with the carrier. For international orders, we recommend selecting the registered mail option which allows for better protection for all outgoing packages.
